This conference, organized by the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture of Bitlis Eren University, is supported by the Bitlis Eren University Journal of Science and the Bitlis Eren University Journal of Science and Technology. Full papers presented at the conference will be submitted to these journals based on the author’s preference or the recommendation of the scientific committee. All submitted manuscripts will be subject to the peer-review process of the respective journal. Following the review process, accepted papers will be published either as a special issue (with at least 30 papers) or within the regular publication schedule, depending on the total number of accepted manuscripts. However, publication is not guaranteed for all submissions; papers rejected by reviewers will not be published and may be redirected to the other supporting journal.
