Highlights

Conference participants will have the opportunity to submit their full papers as journal articles to the journals listed below, which are among the supporting partners of the event, provided that they pass the peer-review process of the respective journal. The publication process solely depends on the editorial and publication policies of the relevant journals, and the conference organizing committee does not intervene in this process.

Full papers will be forwarded to the editorial board of the selected journal upon the author’s preference. The peer-review procedure will be conducted by the journal editors with the support of field editors, who will contribute actively to the reviewer assignment process and the content evaluation. In addition, the peer-review process for submitted abstracts will be directly supervised by the field editors.

To preserve the academic integrity of the conference and ensure equal treatment among all participants, the following policies will apply:

• Papers that are not presented at the conference will not be included in the conference proceedings.

• No refund will be issued to participants who do not deliver their presentations.

• Certificates of participation will not be issued to individuals who do not present their work at the conference.

These policies are intended to uphold the scientific quality of the conference, guarantee the fair evaluation of academic contributions, and ensure a transparent and equitable process for all participants.
